  • Yes they are open classes, always stop and take rest if you need to, just as you would at home.

  • Loose or yoga-style clothing, remove socks to make it less slippy in movement classes. We tend to leave shoes at the door.

  • Not necessarily, yoga is not physiotherapy, please consult your doctor and book a 1:1 if you would like an adapted class.

  • Yes, you may attend and you will be given alternative practices when applicable, please let Ziba know as soon as you arrive. And book a 1:1 if you would prefer something more tailored.

  • If you are already a yoga practitioner yes. If not try a pregnancy yoga class.

  • Yes but as yoga is not just stretching this will happen gradually over time, as it is also functional and strength-building also.
