  • Discover the complete powerful processes that alters your entire life experience and cultivates the embodiment of yoga.

  • Gain confidence through a simplified and concise overview of each of the 4 chapters of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras including clarifying illustrations of the related metaphysics and philosophies.

  • Understand the step by step reconditioning that ignites new neurological pathways, mental abilities and subtle body knowledge.

  • Uncover in a concise, workable commentary, what Patanjali codified and Vyasa later expounded upon all those years ago, so that anyone wishing to discover the science of yoga can.

I have hopefully produced a practical, clarifying and holistic view of the sutras that configures Sutras together (in order as they appear in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali) for your discovery and understanding of why Patanjali wrote in the sequence he did and how the sutras relate and interconnect with each other, your experiences to date and your logical inference mind.

These practices are meant to be applied not theorised, I believe that they will always be relevant and more so now that ever as we move into technological dialogue we must most importantly remember our physical and subtle body capability that far surpass anything that the metaverse can produce. We are born to be liberated and the physical body/mind is both the key, the porta and the open doorway.

Patanjali touches upon the physical, metaphysical and spiritual elements of Samkhya philosophy combined with yoga science as well as aspects of hinduism or sanatana dharma and vedanta. Rather than edging into the dual non dual aspects of some scholarly books I would suggest that the yoga sutras are simply defining the elements (matter in varied forms) and their role contained within the whole.

As above so below. And, the missing link, the link that binds them together is you. “Tat Tvam Asi” It Thou Art.
